Thank you for shopping with Nuro. We want you to feel confident and supported in your journey to better health. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your NuroRing Smart Health Ring, please review our return policy below.


📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item must be in good condition with no signs of abuse or physical damage.
  • All original accessories (charging case, replacement cable, shaker bottle etc.) must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🚚 How to Request a Return

  1. Email our support team at nuracarehelp@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

💸 Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping or product issue on our part.
  • Mind that there is a 15% restocking fee for returns and refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Final sale items or gift cards.
  • Products returned damaged, incomplete, or outside the 30-day window.
  • Orders returned without contacting customer support first.
